Selection 1: Golf at Wildcreek Golf Club at 11 AM. We are reserving 16 spots for this. The fees we're talking about would be $55 after 11:00 AM. This includes cart and range balls. We need to hear from you in case we have not reserved enough spots.
Selection 2: A day at the Spa - appointments should be made in advance. We are recommending the new Atlantis SPA for appointments. Their website and spa menus are at http://www.atlantiscasino.com/spa-atlantis/spa-atlantis.asp , If you are planning on a spa experience please let us know so that we can arrange rides for anyone who will not have their own car in Reno.
Selection 3: A scrapbooking tour of Reno led by Kathy Johnson. She promises a fun day for everyone and once again we need to hear from you if you want to do this so we can arrange rides for everyone.
Selection 4: Lunch at the hotel and Ball Room Decorating Party with Connie. Lots of help is needed to make the ballroom into a magical place for the evening dinner dance. Price of the lunch depends on your particular order. Let us know if this is what you choose so Connie will be aware of who will be helping.
Selection 5: Summit Sierra Shopping Center Adventure - This is a ride to the mall for a day of shopping. There's no limit on the cost for this one. Let us know if this is your choice and if you will need a ride.
Selection 6: Here are some other proposed actiities. We need to know if these interest you so we can make arrangements for these. National Auto Museum, Railroad Museum, Virginia City Excursion, Gaming Academy, Lake Tahoe Excursion, Bowling
The reunion is now 10 weeks away and everyone is getting really excited. As of this morning we have 61 paid attendees, 36 who will be paying and 15 who said maybe I will come.
Please remember that the price for the reunion is $105 per person if postmarked by April 1st. After April 1st the price is $125. All reservations are 100% refundable until May 1, 2009. After that date we reserve the right to issue partial refunds if sufficient funds are not available. This is because we have to provide guarantees close to the reunion and may have to pay for meals not eaten, etc.
